6. App Updates
The app may prompt you to install updates from time to time. These updates are designed to improve functionality, fix bugs, and enhance security. By using the app, you agree to receive such updates as part of the service.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your membership account is active, or as required by your Club or applicable law. When a Club terminates its subscription, member data is retained for 90 days and then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Australian residents (Privacy Act 1988): You may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe your rights have been breached.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
10. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive data, and access controls limiting who can view member information. No system is completely secure. We will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by applicable law.
11. Children's Privacy
The platform is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK/EEA). If a Club enrolls a minor, the Club is responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent.
12. Website Visitors and Prospects
This section applies to people who visit gametime.net or contact us through it, who are not Members of a Club. For these visitors, GameTime is responsible for the information described here.
If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, together with the page you submitted it from and your IP address. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to prevent repeated or abusive submissions. We keep enquiries in our customer relationship system, HubSpot, which acts as our service provider.
The gametime.net website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The video on our home page is streamed by Mux, so your browser connects to Mux's servers, and Mux receives your IP address, in order to play it. The site is hosted on Vercel. Links to Calendly (to book a demo) and WhatsApp open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
You can ask us to access or delete the information you gave us through the website by emailing privacy@gametime.net.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
